Must be ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday to arrive the following working day (excludes public holidays).
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-11 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Our orders should fit through letter boxes. If it doesn't fit, you should receive a Royal Mail card through your letter box if no one is home to accept your order. Royal Mail may attempt to deliver your order the following day or send it to your local Post Office for collection.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
If you're in the UK and do not receive your order within seven working days of when your order was dispatched, please email email@example.com.
We must advise customers that we cannot be responsible if the delivery address you have given is incorrect. It's the customer's responsibility to provide and accurate address to ensure the delivery of your order can be made.

If you've made more than one payment attempt, the failed payments will not be taken from your bank account. When a transaction is carried out through our store, we do fraud checks and get authorisation from your bank before any funds are actually taken.
